Incorrect Items Received

If your order has been fulfilled incorrectly (for example, an item is missing or you were sent the wrong item), please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within five days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a list of what you received.

If your copy arrives damaged, please send photos of the damaged item(s) to [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. This not only allows us to verify the issue but also helps us understand what went wrong so that we can prevent it from happening in the future.
